Hot Drinks
♦ Mocha – Espresso combined with gourmet Ghirardelli dark chocolate and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
- 2 – 1 oz. Espresso shots
- 12 oz. milk, steamed
- 1-2 oz. Ghirardelli dark chocolate
Combine espresso and chocolate in bottom of cup. Stir to mix ingredients. Pour steamed milk into mixture and top with whipped cream.
♦ Mocha Bianca – Espresso combined with gourmet Ghirardelli white chocolate and steamed milk.

- 12 oz. milk, steamed
- 1-2 oz. Ghirardelli white chocolate
Combine espresso and chocolate in bottom of cup. Stir to mix ingredients. Pour steamed milk into mixture and serve.
♦ Turtle Mocha – Espresso combined with gourmet Ghirardelli dark chocolate and caramel, steamed milk, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle.

- 1-2 oz. Ghirardelli dark chocolate
- 1-2 oz. Ghirardelli caramel

Combine espresso and steamed milk.
♦ Cappuccino – Espresso combined with steamed milk and milk foam

- 12 oz. steamed milk
Combine espresso and steamed milk leaving milk foam on top. A cappuccino is made up of 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 foam. A DRY cappuccino has more foam than steamed milk. A WET cappuccino has more steamed milk than foam.
