About

Inman Perk Coffee was once just a family’s idea — an idea to bring really good coffee and a warm, comfortable atmosphere to the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Today, the reality is that you can enjoy a variety of delicious specialty hot and cold beverages—along with decadent desserts, engaging artwork, and a free wireless Internet hotspot — in two metro Atlanta locations.

Inman Park is often called “Atlanta’s oldest neighborhood”—and today, it thrives as a community of people who are interested in making their neighborhood a better place. Inman Perk Coffee believes in that goal, and one of our missions is to use our stores to help the communities around us. We also work hard to protect and better the environment through our products and practices. We want you and your friends and family to be able to enjoy our coffee for generations to come.

As a family-owned and family-run business, we are constantly in contact with our customers and looking for ways to enhance your experience at our stores. Our Gainesville and Inman Park locations are open to serve you.

Whether you stop in regularly on your way to work in the mornings, or you bring your friends on special occasions for a fabulous evening of dessert and conversation, we hope you’ll be able to see the love and care we’ve put into Inman Perk to make it a truly unique and special coffee shop. Not only are our drinks made to exacting standards—which our Golden Cup award and commitment to Sustainable Coffee and Fair Trade products show—but our staff is genuinely concerned about making your moments at Inman Perk a pleasure.

We hope to see you soon!

We think you’ll agree that Inman Perk Coffee is one of life’s little perks!

Like the vibe of your place a lot. It is facilitating the completion of my phd. Thank you. Your staff are always kind and considerate. And your food and drink offerings rock! That said I have a request: can you PLEASE replace missing light bulbs in existing lamps? And perhaps add a few more floor lamps? The wooden ceiling wall near the bank of front windows blocks any ceiling lights and it makes reading very difficult. Thanks for creating a healthy haven for the community.

I am an artist of about 15 years and would have loved to have known there was a free environment where I might submit my artwork. I sketch and paint for an audience and myself. I wonder if you have WiFi!? This also sounds like a perfect date night getaway!

I love the Inman Perk at the Gainesville Square. I like going in there and playing on the baby grand piano in the back. The people are so awesome – that’s a big reason I go – to talk to the employees. They’re always nice and engaing. Excellent coffee, awesome atmosphere!

I like going there too. I am part of the family that owns it but I still prefer that atmosphere to anywhere else in town. It is really almost a hobby for the owners. All of them have other jobs or Careers for the most part. We take turns doing things for the shop and are genuinely concerned about everyone’s experience there. If we are going to have fun owning it you have to have fun too.

Dogs: On the subject of Dogs. The owners are HUGE dog lovers and I’m not saying that just because one of them is a Great Dane. You will see people bring there dogs in there from time to time. We don’t have a policy officially posted but the Health Inspectors might. So if you bring your dog please be considerate of the owner’s. Try to keep them under control, of the couches and from going behind the counters. Outside is better. We have tie up hooks and water for them – in the front and in the back of the store. Usually we try and keep dog treat at the coffee bar which we give away but only to good dogs. If your dog likes to fight – Tell em to take it out side. We thank you and also

Bella, Dafney, Sid, Desiel and Rebba will also thank you for your cooperation.
